Products: All uploaded approved goods that are posted for sale in this platform
Agents: Is a person who has been legally empowered to act on behalf of another person or an entity
Third-party: means any partner, services, or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service on the Website and Platforms
Personal Information: Is information provided by individuals and business users in this platform such as but not limited to Name, email address, Phone Numbers, Age, Nationality, Address, etc …

These Terms of Use direct the use of the Service and the agreement that operates between the User and the Company. These Terms of Use set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is dependent on your acceptance of and compliance with all these Terms of use.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company.
3Deals is not a registered financial dealer or investment advisor. Investments informed and displayed on the Website, are accessible and informed by the third-party platform that owns the displayed investment. Their products cannot be purchased through the Website of 3Deals.
All transactions will be entirely between the User and the third-party platform of the applicable investment. The information from the third parties is in general reliable, but 3Deals does not represent that such information is fulfilled, accurate, or complete. 3Deals cannot be responsible for and reliable for any information provided from the third-party platform of any kind.
By accepting the terms of use customers acknowledge and accept to receive different transactional and marketing communications from 3Deals such as but not limited to SMS, Emails, In app notifications and whatsoever.
Important note, 3Deals may send verification codes known as (OTP) during the signup and for any other transactional verification process, such SMS are for your private security and to ensure that you are the right person doing some activities in the platform, it is strictly prohibited and your sole responsibility to ensure take this seriously and not to share such SMS with others for whatever reason.
Note that 3deals team are NOT authorized neither allowed to call you to ask or to share your OTP verification codes or else what related to you verification process.
3deals is Marketplace platform, to provide different product “sell and buy” services, their own goods, 3deals platform is limited to provide service and doesn’t have own stores or good to sell, our main role is to connect people together, we do not hold any customer’s Sell and Buy transactions, 3deals just charging individuals and business for their ads and subscriptions packages where all Sell and Buy transaction will take place offline of this platform. 3deals is providing a service not goods

Troika Information Technology on behalf of 3deals reserves’ full rights to block, delete and escalate this illegal use to the applicable authorities for their follow-up and take required actions as stated and known in the applicable law.
Troika Information Technology on behalf of 3deals reserves’ full rights with no Ad charges refund to block, delete and deactivate any Ads that may misuse the terms of use this including but not limited to Ads use multiple products/items or using different photos or description which is not related to the same ad title and category.
As stated this marketplace, 3deals is a platforms providing service to users to interact with each other, and not with 3deals directly, 3deals and all related affiliates are not responsible of any offers, goods, materials and any information’s provided by the sellers, furthermore
3deals will not verify or grantee the quality of materials and goods posted to this platforms, it is the user sole responsibility to check verify and take at his own discretion decision to deal or NOT to deal with the sellers directly.
Noting that users have a full right to inform any doubtful, fake, misuse or any materials that doesn’t comply with the market/3deals standards by the pre-defined email to take the appropriate action against this ad(s) or user(s).
It is very important to highlight and to know that 3deals role is a service facilitator of the platform, 3deals is not a party to any agreement users may have with each other. 3deals responsibility extends to facilitating the availability of the marketplace and do not have any control over the actions of users, any agreement user(s) may have with each other and does not form a part of any agreement with 3deals or any of its affiliates.
3deals reserves the discretion to withdraw any Material or User(s) Material from this platform and any of their Website, mobile apps and any other e-commerce that my be linked to their business without prior notice or/and to reject (disapprove) any user(s) Materials, Goods and Ad(s) to be posted if these items are violating the law and rules set and 3deals will not refund the paid amount for such misuse.
During the signup/Registering for this platform, the User/Companies must provide accurate, true and complete registration details, user(s) should update his registration details whenever is required and has to ensure that he is reachable for other buyer’s requests to sell his advertised goods.
User(s) and companies hereby agrees and acknowledges that this platform/Website contains adverts placed by advertisers or companies in the course of business for goods or services which are not verified or controlled by the 3deals platform. User(s) can interact offline i.e. out of this platform to agree and close their own deals, 3deals is not liable nor holds any responsibilities for any side, offline and third-party agreement/contract between the users of this platform.
This platform is published over the internet and made use for users above 18 years old, during the registration process the user(s) hereby acknowledge, confirm and warrants that he is above 18 Years old of age.
3deals reserves full right to suspend or terminate a user’s account where, in its full discretion, incase if the user has breached the set terms of use, the user will be individually notified by the by email or phone call registered in this platforms.
The company reserves full rights to communicate with all registered users using their emails and phone numbers, as well as sending different advertisement, promotion and feedback emails and SMS. User can opt out as from different services upon his own discretion by sending official email to admin@torikame.com .
As a registered seller, you are allowed to list item(s) for sale on the Platform in accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Terms of Use. You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on our Platform. You must ensure that the listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe your item for sale. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Platform. All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfilment of sales.
The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe actual condition of the product. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the Buyer. You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Platform. 3Deals reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.
You are responsible for your listings and content. Even if we host and display your Seller Content on our marketplace platform Products, you are solely responsible for the contents of your Seller Content. You must ensure that all Seller Content is true, accurate and complete at all times, including without limitation the description, price, applicable taxes or fees, shipping information if applicable, required legal disclosures and other advertisement, offer or promotional content. You are solely responsible for setting the price of products or services you offer. If we provide guidance regarding a suggested price for products or services you offer, such guidance is informational only and the decision to accept or reject such guidance is solely yours.
You must ensure that your Product Listing provides Users with the terms of Use and policies that apply to the transaction for that product. You are responsible for displaying, keeping up to date and honoring any sales, returns and/or privacy policies and all other relevant terms or information or disclosures related to your Product Listings that you want to apply to your interactions with Users or that are otherwise required by law. Any such terms, information, or disclosures do not bind us and must not conflict with these Seller Terms or our other applicable terms and policies.
You are responsible for applicable taxes relating to your listings and content if applicable. Even if we host and display your Seller Content on 3Deals platform, you are the seller of record and agree to comply with all applicable tax laws and ordinances. Except as otherwise provided in the Payment Terms, you are solely responsible for all determinations, calculations, collections, withholdings, reporting, and remittance of applicable taxes, duties, fees, surcharges and additional charges (“Taxes & Fees”) for sales that result from your use of Commerce Features. You are solely liable for all liabilities, including without limitation, any penalties or interest, taxing jurisdictions may assess as a result of the under remittance or non-remittance of any Taxes & Fees imposed on your products or services.
Sellers should manage and control their own Ads, they are the sole responsible to ensure that the items listed by them are available as far as the Ad is available in the platform, customer’s should delete the listed items if it is sold or not available anymore in order to avoid unwanted calls and any other communications related to those items.
You must comply with our terms and all applicable laws when you use Commerce Features. Your products and services, Seller Content and use of Commerce Features must comply at all times with these Seller Terms, our other applicable terms and policies and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree that you are solely responsible for determining that the Commerce Features are suitable for your intended use.
Sales of counterfeit or pirated products and sales prohibited by government sanctions are strictly prohibited. Without limiting the generality of the policies set forth above, you are expressly prohibited from displaying, promoting, offering, marketing or selling counterfeit or pirated products or services through the Commerce Features. You may not use the Commerce Features in connection with any activities, individuals or entities that are located in a country or region that is subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions law or in a manner that would otherwise violate applicable trade sanctions laws.
You are responsible for providing customer service to Users in connection with your products and services. You are responsible for providing, managing, paying for, and fulfilling any sales, warranty and customer service, returns, refunds or accommodations to Users in connection with your use of a Commerce Feature.
Any incentives we provide do not modify these Seller Terms. You agree that we may offer to fund promotions, discounts or other incentives (“Incentives”) to you or directly to Users to encourage engagement with Product Listings or Seller Content, and that our funding of Incentives does not violate any other agreement you have or alter your obligations under these Seller Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of your products and services. As between us, you are solely responsible for any defect or non-conformity in any product or service you offer and for complying with any recall or safety alert, or similar direction or notice, with respect to any product or service related to your Product Listings. You agree to promptly remove any Product Listing upon issuance of any recall or safety alert, or similar direction or notice, or claim of infringement of intellectual property rights with respect to products or services relating to your Product Listings.
We may review your Seller Content to ensure the integrity of our services, but this does not change your obligations to us or to Users. These reviews may include automated or other audits of your Seller Content to verify compliance with these Seller Terms and applicable law, but do not mean that we assume any responsibility or liability or otherwise agree to modify your responsibilities and liabilities under these Seller Terms and applicable law
Our Service contains links and integrations from third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services. This includes any investment loss as you may be subject to due to an investment on the third-party website/platform.

Seller may pay for their own ads, advertisement and any other applicable items using payment methods such as the following:
Credit or debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and others if allowed in the platform and payment service providers),
Other payment methods if applicable and advised in the platform.
3Deals coupons, gifts, promo codes etc. (if applicable),
We may modify the scope of payment methods available in our sole discretion.
The underlying contract for the buyer’s purchase of “items” (which may refer to goods and/or services) from you is directly concluded between Seller and the Buyer.
3Deals may charge a nominal fee for browsing and buying on the Platform. 3Deals reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, 3Deals may at its sole discretion introduce new services/fees and modify some or all of the existing services/fees offered on the Platform. In such an event, 3Deals reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing/new services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Platform and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Platform. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in UAE Dirhams. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in UAE and other countries where this platform operates for making payments to 3Deals.

In case of posting error or platform issues 3Deals will be responsible to offer the customer to reposting their ads at no charge and in the same amount related to the concern post/ad.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its third-party partners. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both United Arab Emirates and other MiddleEast countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company. The trademarks and trade dress of the Company are proprietary to us and may not be used by you for any reasons other than as expressly permitted by these Terms of use. All website content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are property of, or duly licensed to, Us or the third-party partner.
